At least one author per accepted presentation (VECPAR paper, VECPAR poster and iWAPT paper) should register and pay a full registration fee on or before May 31, otherwise the paper will not be published in the conference proceedings. Even if you are a student, you need full registration in this case, not student registration.
The full registration includes the proceedings (on a USB memory stick), coffee breaks, dinner, registration fee for workshop/tutorial and the post-conference book to be published as LNCS.
The student registration includes the proceedings (on a USB memory stick), coffee breaks, and registration fee for workshop/tutorial. Conference dinner (July 19) is not included.
The student registration is applied to student participants who only attend the conference. If you are a student and make presentations (VECPAR paper/poster, iWAPT paper), you need full registration.
The conference dinner will be held on July 19 (Th) evening.
Lunches are not included in the full/student registrations.
We have NO "Workshop-Only", "Tutorial-Only", "One-Day-Pass" and etc.

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made in one of the following methods:

Reply E-mail

When you complete online registration successfully, an e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically. If no response has been made within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

Confirmation

Upon confirming both the registration and payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail. Be sure to retain a confirmation and present it at the registration desk on the day of the meeting.

VISA

If you should require any support from us in preparing documents for visa application, please contact to the Registration Office at vecpar2012 _reg@ics-inc.co.jp. On receipt of your registration and payment, we will send you the visa application form to make the visa document for you.

Cancellations and Refunds Policy

If you wish to cancel your registration and receive reimbursement for your registration fee, you must send written notification of your cancellation to the Registration Office. Refunds will be made according to the guidelines outlined below.
