Because there are several conferences in Kobe area during (and before/after) the week of VECPAR 2012, we can have reserved block of rooms just for five nights (July 16,17,18,19 and 20). If you want to stay before/after VECPAR, I recommend you to make separte reservations for July 16-20 and other days. Please book your rooms for stay before/after VECPAR by yourself.
